I'm working on a composition in oil of four jazz singers for a friend of mine and last night i texted him, name me some jazz singers. He said what kind of jazz? swing, bebop, fussion, I said whatever comes to mind. 2 out of the 4 people that I picked were on his list, so doing good :D Last night got one of them on the canvas yay me.

Hat Finale

I spent like 3 weeks working on this hat, something like 36 hours but it looks impressing!

I apparently suck at keeping a blog haha as you may know. But I had such a great time with friends and even managed to get a lil dancing in before I got really dizzy and sweaty. Well maybe not the sweaty part haha. I spent a lot of time outside looking pretty cause I was feeling icky most the night and for me it was just too hot to be inside. There were some fantastical costuming and some not so much but all in all great time!

A study on color and I chose the obvious subject of a jellyfish. They just look so graceful in the water the way they flow through it even if they sting.

Tree Painting 4/08

I painted this tree at school because they needed something pretty on the wall and I had been saying that I was going to paint something on the wall for two years so I finally did. The theme was Spring is...and well I love trees for some reason.
